Welcome to the Highlands Community Campus!  

The HCC is home to HCM's Central Offices, Senior Outreach Center, and IFAP Center and Food Pantry, as well as various tenants such as Squallis Puppeteers, Louisville Time Bank, Sound Community, and more.

Terms and Conditions

 
Click for the Rental Agreement form to be filled out by the renter and approved by the HCC Building Administrator.

A non-refundable amount of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the space, as well as a separate $50 refundable deposit.*  Checks made payable to "Highlands Community Campus".
 
General hours of availability are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Gym/Stage area and Sanctuary are not available on Sundays until 1:00 p.m. Renting times must be in full-hour increments only.
 
No smoking, weapons, or illegal drug use is allowed on the property.  Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas and all smoking materials must be distinguished and placed in appropriate receptacles.
 
Alcohol may be sold on HCC campus by a caterer or other organization that has the appropriate liquor license(s) and a Certificate of Liability Insurance evidencing the group has at least $1,000,000 in liability coverage and naming Highlands Community Campus as an "Additional Insured".
 
If alcoholic beverages are to be served (not sold) at a private event, they must be served in accordance with local laws, only to adults 21 years of age and over and never to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.  The Building Administrator may also require users to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance evidencing the group has at least $1,000,000 in liability coverage and naming Highlands Community Campus as an "Additional Insured".
 
Supervision of Children:  When usage of the HCC building or grounds includes the presence of children, the renter will be solely responsible for the supervision and safety of the children attending. Children must remain in the designated rented space and any damage to the building or property must be reported to the Building Administrator.
 
*$50 damage and cleaning deposit will be refunded if terms and conditions are met.  See agreement for details on housekeeping.
